Q. What are the modes of payment?
A. We accept Cash, Cheques, Nets, Credit Cards. For on line reservations, payment is accepted only via Credit Cards.

Q. I booked a plane ticket through your travel agent, but I have to cancel my flight. Can I change the date of my flight?
A. Yes, customers can change the date of the flight but they have to bear all losses. They will not get refund for plane tickets.

Q. If in any cases, I am eligible for a refund, how long will it take to process? How much will I get it back?
A. In case of the agents' negligence, customers will be fully refunded from what they had originally paid. It will be processed within 2 working days. If customers choose to cancel their flights, they will not be refunded (read above)

Q. Are the products refundable or exchangeable?
No, products sold are non refundable nor exchangeable. However, if there are defects with the products, you may ask for a refund within the next 4 days. Do remember to bring along your receipt.
